About the Role
You will lead verification and validation efforts for autonomous-driving systems and components. You will define testing criteria and plans with system-development teams, execute simulation and on-road tests, analyze results, resolve issues with engineering teams, document activities, and provide release recommendations.
Requirements
- Understanding of automotive systems and components, including ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, and vehicle control systems
- Proficiency in automotive testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with HIL and SIL testing environments
- Experience with in-vehicle testing
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Set up test management for autonomous driving and lead test execution
- Collaborate with system development teams to define verification and validation plans
- Conduct functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing in simulation and on-road
- Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and troubleshoot problems with engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems
- Document verification and validation activities and provide reports to stakeholders
- Provide release recommendations based on test results
- Contribute to the product safety case
