You will create test procedures, pass criteria, and test data based on instructions. You will learn the product domain, document it, execute simple tests, record results, use automated testing tools, report defects, collect test evidence, and archive testing records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Basic knowledge of Agile.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Interpersonal skills for a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed test procedures and pass criteria.
- Prepare test data.
- Learn product-domain knowledge through exploration.
- Document the product domain.
- Execute tests and record pass or fail results.
- Use automated test record-playback features.
- Generate defect reports for senior QA review.
- Collect test evidence and evaluation data.
- Archive testing records.
