About the Role
You will build AI-powered automation that streamlines storage operations and engineering workflows. You will encourage adoption of AI coding tools, help engineers use them for testing and code review, mentor colleagues, and partner with DevX on tooling and platform-level changes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional industry experience building with AI tools with measurable outcomes
- Track record of driving team adoption of a tool or workflow
- Experience turning an AI internal tool into a tool relied on by a team
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with multiple AI coding tools, including Claude Code and Codex
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered automation for storage operations and workflows
- Drive adoption of AI coding tools across the Storage team
- Help engineers use AI for test creation, correctness checks, and code review
- Coach and mentor engineers on effective AI tool use
- Partner with DevX on tooling and platform-level changes
