About the Role

You will build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, forms, logs, workflows, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure. You will maintain Power BI reporting and data sources, manage platform accounts and permissions, support users with documentation and training, and help implement approved AI-enabled platform improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on Smartsheet configuration and development experience
• Proficiency in advanced Smartsheet formulas, cross-sheet references, reports, data aggregation, and AI tools
• Experience connecting Smartsheet with Power BI, Jira, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of Power BI dashboards and data connections
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts and tools
• Exposure to PMO, scheduling, or project controls environments
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom sheets, intake forms, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards
• Maintain Power BI plan-of-record dashboards and Smartsheet data sources
• Configure automated workflows, alerts, data consolidation, and cross-project linkages
• Administer user accounts, permissions, workspaces, licenses, and Control Center deployments
• Guide users on platform best practices and provide documentation and support
• Gather user input and help implement approved AI-enabled Smartsheet enhancements
• Build working relationships with partner organizations
