About the Role

You will consolidate contractor schedules into milestone views, maintain the integrated program schedule, and control project documents. You will administer submittals, RFIs, changes, reporting, meetings, closeout records, and project-management systems while coordinating accurate inputs across concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in construction administration, project controls, document control, or project coordination
  • Working knowledge of construction schedules, critical path method, milestones, float, and lookahead planning
  • Knowledge of construction documentation workflows
  • Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Jira, or Monday.com
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills including trackers, pivots, and reporting views
  • Written communication and documentation skills
  • Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to data center sites

Responsibilities

  • Analyze contractor schedules and identify critical paths, milestones, delivery risks, and conflicts
  • Maintain integrated program schedules and milestone trackers
  • Own end-to-end project document control
  • Log, route, and track submittals and RFIs
  • Track change orders, directives, and change items
  • Produce weekly status reports, dashboards, risk registers, and program summaries
  • Prepare meeting materials, capture decisions, and track action items
  • Assemble and quality-check closeout packages
  • Administer and improve project management and documentation platforms
  • Maintain controlled standards and procedures libraries
  • Support downstream planning with accurate schedule and documentation inputs
