About the Role
You will maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, Linux systems, networks, audio/video systems, and end-user devices. You will configure network equipment, segment lab networks, audit sites, provision employee accounts and hardware, support onsite users, manage device lifecycles, and automate internal workflows.
Requirements
- Strong Linux administration, scripting, and troubleshooting knowledge
- Working knowledge of macOS and Windows
- Networking experience with routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless systems
- At least five years of technical support experience in an enterprise or lab environment
- Scripting and automation proficiency using Python, Bash, or similar tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and workflow automation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and wireless systems
- Design and maintain segmented lab networks
- Audit temporary-office technical infrastructure and implement security and stability improvements
- Provision accounts, hardware, and system access for employees
- Manage device imaging, configuration, and lifecycle
- Support onsite employees with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Develop productivity automations and internal tooling
