About the Role
You will create and maintain supply-chain information resources and support interim MRP tracking. You will update open-order reports, monitor supplier acknowledgements and deliveries, assist with ERP procurement transactions, and organize contract and procurement documentation.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Strong analytical and data-organization skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to generate compliant, organized documentation
- U.S. Person status
Responsibilities
- Support interim MRP tracking for material use, scrap, transfers, and on-hand status
- Maintain weekly open-order reports
- Track supplier purchase-order acknowledgements
- Assist with ERP purchase orders, returns, and planning parameters
- Organize and maintain procurement and contract files
- Maintain ship-to address logs
- Track commitments against actual deliveries
