About the Role
You will lead civil, structural, and architectural field execution for a data center build. You will supervise sitework, foundations, structural systems, building envelope, roofing, and finishes; coordinate subcontractors; manage look-ahead planning; enforce safety and quality; maintain progress records; and resolve RFIs and field issues through turnover.
Requirements
- 7+ years supervising heavy civil structural concrete or large industrial and commercial building projects
- Data center semiconductor or mission-critical experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of earthwork foundations concrete tilt-wall precast and structural steel
- Experience sequencing sitework and vertical construction
- Experience with look-ahead planning manpower review and subcontractor coordination
- Safety leadership on excavation crane and work-at-height activities
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Quality-control experience with embeds anchor bolts and tolerances
- Experience with Procore ACC or similar construction platforms
- Ability to interpret complete CSA drawing packages
Responsibilities
- Supervise grading excavation utilities stormwater roadways and site improvements
- Coordinate survey control earthwork QA/QC and dewatering
- Supervise foundations concrete tilt-wall precast and structural steel work
- Drive envelope roofing exterior skin and interior finishes
- Own three-week look-ahead planning for CSA scopes
- Coordinate CSA subcontractors and escalate schedule slippage
- Enforce excavation crane rigging work-at-height and concrete safety
- Verify installed work against drawings and specifications
- Maintain daily reports progress quantities and photo documentation
- Resolve CSA RFIs and field issues
- Capture as-built conditions
