About the Role
You will work on the facility floor installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mining machines and plant equipment. You will handle emergency and scheduled maintenance, monitor cooling and network equipment, respond to power failures and overheating, deploy replacement machines, maintain asset records, prepare operational reports, and help improve maintenance workflows.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Outlook Google Docs inventory management and machine monitoring software.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands.
- Ability to learn and analyze quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with regular exposure to heat noise and vibration.
- Ability to stand walk bend kneel stoop crouch crawl and climb throughout the shift.
- Ability to frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds.
- Technical degree in a computer-related electronic or electrical field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment problems and replace or repair parts.
- Test and adjust equipment after repairs.
- Install and maintain mining machines and facility equipment.
- Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance.
- Supervise mining machines and network equipment.
- Operate and manage cooling equipment.
- Assist with replacement machine configuration and deployment.
- Respond to power failures network issues and overheating events.
- Tag assets and maintain tracking software logs.
- Provide daily equipment operations and maintenance reports.
- Analyze workflows and contribute to technical reports and the maintenance knowledge base.
