About the Role
You will own planning, capacity models, reporting, and business reviews for forward deployed engineering. You will shape engagement economics and partner delivery, design organizational plans, lead cross-functional decisions, and automate models, dashboards, and workflows with Claude.
Requirements
- Strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, or consulting experience
- Experience working with professional services, implementation, solutions engineering, or forward deployed teams
- Services business economics knowledge, including utilization, staffing mix, rates, backlog, and margin
- Capacity and staffing modeling
- SQL
- Planning cycle and business review experience
- Senior stakeholder influence
- AI tool experience
Responsibilities
- Build annual and quarterly headcount, capacity, utilization, and engagement plans
- Build demand, capacity, and staffing models for hiring and prioritization decisions
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and own KPI scorecards
- Build automated reporting for engagement, staffing, and outcome data
- Partner on engagement pricing, packaging, discounts, contracts, and portfolio economics
- Build plans and economics for delivery-partner work
- Design roles, manager spans, and headcount allocation
- Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through decision and process implementation
- Use Claude Code and agents to automate models, dashboards, and workflows
