About the Role
You will lead AI agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous production improvement. You will advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy, run customer working sessions, resolve agent issues, keep builds on track, and share customer needs to inform product direction.
Requirements

- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to read API documentation and understand data models and system architecture
- Experience managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects
