About the Role
You will own financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support. You will build and maintain financial models, lead planning cadences, analyze performance and unit economics, evaluate investment scenarios, and establish finance processes and operating rhythms.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar roles
- Experience owning financial models, forecasting, and planning processes at a high-growth technology company
- Financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience partnering with functional and executive leaders
- Understanding of SaaS business models, growth metrics, and unit economics
- Experience structuring ambiguous strategic questions into analysis and recommendations
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the financial model across revenue, headcount, operating expenses, gross margin, and cash
- Drive company planning and ongoing forecasting
- Partner with leaders on budgets, forecasts, performance, and resource allocation
- Build analysis of unit economics, including gross margin, customer acquisition, retention, and sales efficiency
- Develop scenarios and frameworks to evaluate investments, pricing, headcount, and company decisions
- Establish finance models, processes, and operating cadences
