About the Role
You will be the primary finance partner for public-benefit and global-affairs work. You will lead annual, in-year, and multi-year planning; design stage-gated funding; plan strategic grants, loans, foundation funding, and in-kind contributions; make funding recommendations; define outcome measures; and build scalable spend categorization and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A or strategic finance
- Experience in grants, philanthropy, or impact-investing finance
- Advanced spreadsheet financial modeling skills
- Experience building budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans
- Written and verbal communication of financial concepts
- Ability to build processes in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Partner with Public Benefit and Global Affairs leaders on financial matters
- Lead annual, in-year, and multi-year planning across the giving and policy portfolio
- Design and run stage-gated funding and track graduation criteria
- Plan grants, loans, foundation funding, and in-kind contributions with partner functions
- Present funding recommendations and tradeoffs to executive leadership
- Define outcome measures with program leaders
- Build scalable spend categorization, workflows, and reporting
