About the Role
You will lead financial planning and analysis, including annual plans, forecasts, and long-range models. You will develop financial scenarios, reporting, KPI dashboards, systems, and controls; manage the P&L bridge and variance analysis; support IPO readiness; and build and lead the FP&A function.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Experience building and leading FP&A functions at high-growth technology, infrastructure, or pre-IPO companies
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Experience partnering with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- NetSuite proficiency
- Experience hiring and leading finance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Own annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range financial models
- Build and lead the FP&A function
- Develop strategic financial scenarios and capital-allocation analyses
- Drive board and investor reporting
- Own P&L bridge and variance analysis
- Lead FP&A support for IPO readiness
- Build FP&A systems and NetSuite integrations
- Develop KPI frameworks and financial dashboards
