About the Role
You will manage French customer accounts, build trusted relationships, and drive customer value, retention, and growth. You will onboard clients, lead client check-ins, identify risks and opportunities, coordinate with sales, and perform light video editing on the platform.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in customer success, client service, account management, technical account management, implementation, or similar B2B SaaS roles
- Experience managing a book of business and KPIs
- Experience managing risk, forecasting, and growth opportunities
- Experience onboarding clients and leading client check-ins
- Fluency in French and English
- Based in Paris, France
- Ability to attend the office 1-2 days
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business and related KPIs
- Manage risk, forecasting, and growth opportunities
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Onboard new clients and build key relationships
- Lead regular client check-ins on customer health and opportunities
- Perform light video editing using the platform
- Drive retention and growth for enterprise clients
- Ensure clients understand ROI and value
- Identify client risks and opportunities
