About the Role
You will partner closely with company leadership to strengthen, structure, and maximize the value of strategic relationships. You will map and maintain relationship intelligence, convert introductions into a prioritized sales pipeline, coordinate high-value meetings and events, and drive consistent follow-up to progress opportunities. You will prepare for and participate in high-stakes engagements with executives, policymakers, and external stakeholders, capture meeting outcomes, and ensure clear next steps and follow-through across sales, marketing, and operations. Expect occasional domestic and international travel and frequent participation in important stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development strategy chief of staff or relationship management roles
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and operational capabilities including data and workflow management
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus
- Exposure to capital markets crypto or complex technical domains or ability to quickly ramp
- Experience in regulatory policy legal or compliance environments is a plus

- Design and execute a strategy to leverage strategic relationships for deal outcomes
- Map and maintain a comprehensive view of strategic relationships
- Identify gaps and untapped connections and implement optimization processes
- Capture and communicate insights from key meetings to stakeholders
- Convert conversations and introductions into a prioritized pipeline
- Own follow-up cadence to progress opportunities
- Build and maintain a strategic relationship CRM framework
- Plan coordinate and execute business development efforts at industry events
- Prepare and optimize high-value meetings and drive post-meeting follow-through
