About the Role

You will own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio. You will understand customer objectives and use cases, co-develop AI solutions and workflows, and execute adoption strategies. You will build champion communities, deliver tailored training and workshops, refine materials using feedback and adoption data, and advise stakeholders on scaling their AI programs.

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of experience owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes
  • Experience understanding customer use cases, workflows, and business objectives
  • Experience implementing champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops
  • Experience building advocate networks and power-user communities
  • Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI
  • Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Expertise delivering live and virtual instructor-led workshops
  • Ability to tailor content and delivery to diverse audiences
  • Program management skills
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics
  • Co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows with customers
  • Design and execute activation strategies that increase platform adoption and business outcomes
  • Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, training, and workshops
  • Create advocate networks and champion communities
  • Establish power-user communities that support peer-to-peer learning
  • Train customer trainers to scale enablement
  • Design customer experiences that deepen engagement
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
  • Customize and deliver educational content for customers
  • Refine materials using customer feedback and adoption data
  • Identify training gaps and new opportunities
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
