About the Role

You will develop and execute startup go-to-market programs across France and Southern Europe. You will build VC and accelerator partnerships, create startup offerings and events, develop analytics dashboards, coordinate internal stakeholders, gather product feedback, and produce technical enablement content in French and English.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, founder or operator roles, growth, or technical go-to-market roles
• Native French proficiency and fluent English
• Ability to build dashboards and analytics
• Experience building with Claude and Claude Code
• Understanding of the French and European startup ecosystem and AI/ML landscape
• Experience with French or European venture capital firms or accelerators
• Experience developing and executing complex cross-functional go-to-market programs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a startup go-to-market strategy for France and Southern Europe
• Expand startup programs into Spain, Italy, and Portugal
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with venture capital funds and accelerators
• Create startup offerings, credit programs, and growth initiatives
• Build analytics infrastructure and dashboards to measure program ROI
• Lead cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, finance, sales, and corporate development
• Design and execute events, hackathons, workshops, and community programs
• Manage executive relationships and partner processes
• Gather product feedback to inform the product roadmap
• Create technical enablement content, documentation, and training
