About the Role

You will lead regional startup market development across partnerships, communities, events, founder engagement, and localized programs. You will build ecosystem relationships, run acquisition initiatives, improve startup awareness and adoption, identify growth opportunities, and create scalable market-development playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in startups, partnerships, business development, ecosystem, or growth-focused roles
• Understanding of the North American and U.S. startup ecosystem
• Relationship-building and communication skills with founders, investors, partners, and community leaders
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in fast-moving environments
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and regional priorities
• Data-oriented approach to measurable business impact
• Cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Drive startup acquisition through partnerships, ecosystem initiatives, events, and localized programs
• Build relationships with founders, accelerators, investors, universities, and ecosystem partners
• Increase startup awareness and adoption
• Execute regional campaigns that improve engagement and pipeline generation
• Partner with Marketing, Community, and Product to improve acquisition efficiency
• Represent the organization at startup ecosystem events and founder gatherings
• Identify high-potential startup communities, markets, and ecosystem opportunities
• Develop scalable regional market-development playbooks
