About the Role
Support Finoa's staking operations team in running and growing its validator and staking infrastructure business by tracking rewards, reconciling operational data across blockchain networks, supporting reporting workflows, maintaining operational processes, and building lightweight AI-powered automations, data pipelines, and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of crypto and blockchain, particularly Proof-of-Stake networks, validators, and staking mechanics
- Foundation in accounting, operations, or a related field through studies, prior work experience, or personal projects
- Comfortable working with operational data, spreadsheets, and reconciliation tasks
- Eager to experiment with AI tools, prompts, workflows, and automation techniques
- Structured, detail-oriented, and focused on data quality
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize effectively
- Clear communication skills and ability to summarize complex operational information
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile staking rewards across multiple Proof-of-Stake networks
- Ensure data is accurate, complete, and reconciled against on-chain records
- Support monthly and quarterly operational close activities including reporting outputs
- Maintain and improve operational processes including validator management, reward tracking, and reporting
- Build AI and automation workflows to reduce manual data handling
- Build repeatable reporting workflows to improve speed and accuracy of operations tasks
- Run data and performance analysis on staking rewards, network performance, protocol economics, and operational metrics
