About the Role
You will support go-to-market systems, data, and processes. You will maintain HubSpot data quality, build dashboards and reports, analyze pipeline performance, document CRM workflows and playbooks, organize knowledge resources, support automation initiatives, and troubleshoot tools.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Spreadsheet skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleanup
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Maintain HubSpot data quality and resolve duplicates, missing fields, and naming inconsistencies
- Support data enrichment and cleanup projects
- Enforce GTM data-entry standards
- Build and maintain HubSpot and Google Sheets dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages
- Analyze lead sources, conversion rates, and representative performance
- Create process guides covering CRM workflows, data standards, and dashboard maintenance
- Organize internal knowledge-base resources
- Document GTM playbooks and outbound-motion outcomes
- Support automation scoping and workflow improvements
- Troubleshoot tool issues
