About the Role
You will manage day-to-day GTM operational processes, including account and opportunity ownership, deals, renewals, territories, reporting, and dashboards. You will audit internal data, analyze reports for leadership insights, document processes and requirements, and help streamline workflows.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or an equivalent role
- Experience identifying and fixing broken processes
- Written and verbal communication
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Salesforce proficiency
Responsibilities
- Manage GTM operational processes, including account and opportunity ownership, deals, renewals, territories, reports, and dashboards
- Monitor CRM records and dashboards and create reporting for GTM leadership
- Analyze reports to derive data-driven insights
- Run regular data-quality audits and drive long-term system improvements
- Create and maintain documentation for internal processes, best practices, and system requirements
- Help streamline processes and implement solutions
