About the Role
You will lead cross-functional technical programs from scoping through rollout and tracking. You will coordinate model launches, multi-team engineering efforts, and other initiatives; partner with engineering leadership; coach TPMs; and help establish the TPM operating model.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of program or technical program management experience
- Demonstrated adaptability
- A framework for evaluating and measuring program success
- Technical and coding fluency
- Ability to build programs in ambiguity
- Experience coaching or mentoring program managers
- Experience in consumer technology, high-scale technology, or hypergrowth companies
- Experience coordinating AI or ML product launches
- Eligibility to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical programs from scoping through rollout and tracking
- Coordinate model launches, multi-team engineering efforts, and engineering initiatives
- Coach and mentor TPMs
- Develop the TPM working model and organizing principles
- Partner with engineering leadership to improve cross-functional execution
