About the Role
You will lead a company-wide security-program portfolio from strategy through operationalization. You will align architecture, investment plans, roadmaps, and executive stakeholders; resolve cross-organizational blockers; establish risk-management processes; mentor technical program managers; and represent security architecture in executive reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering program management, security program management, or a comparable technical leadership role
- Ability to translate security, privacy, policy, and compliance objectives into technical strategy, architecture decisions, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Ability to resolve cross-functional priorities and resource constraints without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive engineering audiences
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for program strategy, technical problem-solving, analysis, and automation
- Ability to work onsite three days per week in Bellevue, Seattle, San Francisco, or Mountain View
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic security initiatives across Trust and Safety Engineering, identity and access management, Security, and IT
- Establish company-wide processes to identify, track, and resolve high-risk security issues
- Connect core security infrastructure to platform services for unified identity, data lineage, and audit controls
- Resolve cross-organizational blockers while balancing technical tradeoffs and resource constraints
- Mentor technical program managers and strengthen program-management standards
- Represent security architecture and posture in executive technical reviews and industry forums where appropriate
