About the Role

Lead large cross-functional programs linked to Ripple products, partnering with product and engineering teams to set priorities, reduce ambiguity and risk, make data-driven decisions, drive alignment, manage testing dependencies, and build progress dashboards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of release and/or project management experience in sophisticated enterprise technology environments.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to track trends and project or system health.
  • Working knowledge of software development and Agile, Scrum, and Six Sigma processes.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, build consensus, and influence without authority.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-product priorities and strategy across liquidity initiatives.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and remove obstacles.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on trade-offs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and build consensus.
  • Lead and inspire co-leads, counterparts, and TPM colleagues.
  • Contribute to technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
  • Partner with program, product, and engineering managers to drive alignment.
  • Drive testing dependencies across engineering teams.
  • Build release, bug, and supervisory dashboards.
