About the Role
You will lead large cross-functional programs linked to our products, working closely with product and engineering teams to design robust and scalable systems. You will develop cross product-level priorities and strategy across liquidity initiatives, reduce ambiguity and risk by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and make sound data-driven decisions. You will communicate with purpose and clarity, bring together cross-functional teams, and be an inspiring leader to your co-leads and TPM colleagues. You will contribute to technical frameworks for engineering decision-making, partner with program, product, and engineering managers to drive alignment, proactively mitigate risks, drive testing dependencies across teams, and build release, bug, and supervising dashboards to advise partners of development progress.
Requirements
- 8+ years of release and/or project management experience in sophisticated enterprise tech environments
- Ability to use data and analytics to track trends and lead health of projects and systems
- Working knowledge of software development and modern project management processes such as Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, build consensus, and influence without authority in a matrixed environment
- Experience with project planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets
- Experience crafting or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling)
- Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems

- Partner with program managers, product managers, and engineering managers to drive alignment
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles impeding development
- Drive testing dependencies for assigned engineering teams and across teams
- Build release, bug, and supervising dashboards to advise partners of development progress and gaps
