About the Role
You will plan and coordinate aircraft subsystem development, schedules, dependencies, integration, verification, and testing. You will manage risks, suppliers, and external partners; facilitate technical reviews; support aircraft build and flight-test campaigns; and communicate clear execution plans, status, decisions, and actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or engineering leadership
- Experience coordinating cross-functional aircraft subsystem teams
- Technical understanding of requirements, interfaces, verification, hardware testing, and system integration
- Experience managing schedules, technical risks, decisions, dependencies, and program execution
- Experience managing suppliers and external development partners
- Authorization sufficient to access export-controlled ITAR data
