About the Role
You will define technical strategy for customer onboarding, workspace experiences, account management, and other horizontal product flows. You will make architectural decisions, develop full-stack user experiences, establish engineering practices, and coordinate integrations with product and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership experience.
- 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers.
- Front-end or full-stack development expertise.
- Experience building scalable SaaS platforms, onboarding flows, or customer-growth product experiences.
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern web application architectures.
- Ability to align technical strategy with growth objectives across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Knowledge of the data intelligence space.
Responsibilities

- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable product-growth solutions.
