About the Role

You will design, implement, and maintain secure agent-driven systems. You will develop high-throughput APIs and agent infrastructure, integrate services with data stores and external APIs, turn agent use cases into production software, ensure observability and reliability, and contribute to architecture and code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of Python experience in production
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or backend APIs for AI workflows
• Experience with AI models, agent frameworks, vector databases, and large-context reasoning services
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, state management, and asynchronous workflows
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, testing frameworks, and CI/CD
• Experience building AI agents for multi-step actions, reasoning, or autonomous decision-making
• Experience with React and TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable secure agent-driven services and systems
• Develop high-throughput APIs and agent infrastructure
• Integrate agent capabilities with backend services, data stores, vector databases, retrieval systems, and external APIs
• Translate agent use cases into production-ready software
• Ensure monitoring, observability, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews
