About the Role
You will design and build provider-agnostic infrastructure, deployment tooling, and cloud-platform integrations. You will support multi-cloud workload migration, build and release pipelines, collaborate with cloud partners, guide portability designs, and participate in on-call, incident response, postmortems, and runbook development.
Requirements
- 8 years of production distributed-systems experience
- Experience operating workloads across multiple cloud providers
- Cloud IAM and networking knowledge
- Python, Go, Rust, or another general-purpose programming language
- Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code experience
- ML infrastructure and interconnect knowledge
- Hyperscaler marketplace or managed-model platform experience
- Security, compliance, or data-residency experience
Responsibilities
- Build provider-agnostic infrastructure for storage, messaging, and connectivity
- Develop tooling to provision and operate services across clouds
- Eliminate provider-specific assumptions from the codebase
- Own cloud-platform delivery, build, release, and validation pipelines
- Collaborate with cloud partners on platform capabilities
- Review portability designs and mentor engineers on multi-cloud patterns
- Participate in on-call operations, incident response, postmortems, and runbook development
