About the Role
You will design observability systems, automate infrastructure operations, and maintain reliable deployment pipelines. You will define service-level objectives and indicators, lead incident response and postmortems, maintain runbooks, optimize performance and capacity, and improve reliability across global infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4-8 years in site reliability engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or infrastructure engineering
- Programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions
- Incident management and incident response experience
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools
Responsibilities
- Design monitoring, alerting, dashboards, metrics, and logging strategies
- Implement infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and self-healing systems
- Define and implement SLOs and SLIs
- Lead incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements
- Maintain critical-service runbooks and reduce MTTR
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Implement capacity planning and optimize resource utilization
