About the Role
You will build distributed infrastructure for high-volume real-time voice processing and machine learning inference. You will integrate enterprise telephony systems, implement reliability and security practices, support streaming traffic, and solve scaling challenges before they affect customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years building and scaling distributed systems
- Deep cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with AWS or GCP
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency, streaming, or real-time systems
- Experience at fast-growing companies
- Knowledge of Cloudflare, HAProxy, Go, TypeScript, Datadog, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Nvidia hardware
Responsibilities
- Build Kubernetes-based distributed systems for real-time voice processing
- Build and optimize machine learning infrastructure for training and inference
- Integrate enterprise phone systems, SIP trunks, and VoIP infrastructure
- Identify and address architecture flaws
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
- Anticipate and solve infrastructure scaling challenges
- Implement security best practices and compliance requirements
- Maintain reliable failover and scaling for streaming traffic
