About the Role
You will own the technical design and delivery of enterprise products across the full stack, including administration consoles, governance experiences, APIs, and data models. You will work with product, design, go-to-market teams, and enterprise customers to turn workflows into shipped products. You will set architectural and code-quality standards, build scalable enterprise deployment primitives, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years at Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
- Experience designing and delivering complex customer-facing full-stack products
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Experience building products from 0 to 1
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and end-to-end delivery of enterprise-facing products across the stack
- Partner with product, design, and go-to-market teams to ship enterprise workflows
- Set technical direction and standards for architecture and code quality
- Work with enterprise customers, administrators, and sales to translate insights into engineering priorities
- Build primitives for enterprise deployment, governance, and value realization at scale
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through influence
