About the Role
You will own complex customer-facing console initiatives from discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, measurement, and iteration. You will build across React, TypeScript, APIs, and backend services; translate cloud infrastructure capabilities into intuitive workflows; establish scalable architecture and engineering practices; and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building and operating production web applications across frontend and backend
- Experience leading the design and delivery of substantial customer-facing systems
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript
- Ability to design APIs, service boundaries, data models, asynchronous workflows, and distributed-system failure modes
- Product judgment focused on usability for complex technical systems
- Ability to communicate technical decisions through design documents, diagrams, reviews, and collaboration
- Experience with testing, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate end-to-end product experiences across React, TypeScript, APIs, and backend services
- Own major console initiatives from discovery and technical design through rollout, measurement, and iteration
- Translate cloud concepts into intuitive customer workflows
- Partner with Product and Design to clarify requirements and shape sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with API Experience, Billing, Platform, and Support teams
- Establish architectural patterns for performance, reliability, accessibility, observability, and developer velocity
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, documentation, testing, and operational ownership
- Lead durable improvements to recurring product and codebase friction
- Mentor engineers
- Contribute to roadmap planning and technical strategy
