About the Role
You will lead technical direction for a full-stack product engineering team and deliver scalable enterprise platform capabilities. You will take complex initiatives from ambiguous requirements to launch, build AI-powered workflow and analytics tools, partner with customers and cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers through technical design and code review.
Requirements
- 6+ years building full-stack software products
- Expertise in TypeScript and/or Python
- Architecture and system design skills
- Experience designing abstractions and platforms for diverse use cases
- Experience leading technical initiatives and building cross-team consensus
- Experience balancing technical excellence, rapid iteration, and customer needs
- Product intuition and ability to turn user feedback into technical solutions
- Experience mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards
Responsibilities
- Drive the team's technical direction using scalable architecture and design patterns
- Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous requirements to shipped products
- Build AI-powered tools for non-technical users to create and manage workflows
- Build monitoring and analytics that identify agent improvement opportunities
