About the Role
You will build shared platforms, infrastructure, APIs, services, and developer tooling. You will manage system migrations, design scalable and secure distributed systems, operate production infrastructure, mentor engineers, and own systems from design through monitoring and operations.

Responsibilities
- Build platforms, APIs, authentication, deployment tooling, and backend configuration
- Manage migrations from legacy systems
- Build shared infrastructure and AI-native engineering workflows
- Architect and build scalable services
- Design performant, secure, scalable, observable systems
- Build and operate distributed databases, caching layers, and storage systems
- Scale Kubernetes infrastructure and control planes
- Design AI inference infrastructure
- Own systems from design through deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
