About the Role
You will own core wallet backend modules covering address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, broadcasting, confirmations, gas estimation, nonce management, and transaction-state tracking. You will build multi-chain transaction scenarios, support new chain integrations, improve operational stability, troubleshoot production issues, drive projects to delivery, and raise engineering quality.
Requirements
- Approximately 5–10 years of Java backend experience
- Strong Java fundamentals including collections, concurrency, thread pools, JVM, networking, and performance
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, or comparable frameworks
- Experience designing complex or high-concurrency systems
- Knowledge of idempotency, retries, compensation, caching, message queues, distributed locks, consistency, rate limiting, and service degradation
- Blockchain or wallet experience
- Knowledge of addresses, keys, mnemonics, signing, broadcasting, confirmations, gas, and nonce
- Familiarity with EVM, Tron, or Solana and ERC-20 or TRC-20
- High security awareness involving keys, signing, permissions, authentication, and sensitive data
- Production troubleshooting using logs, metrics, tracing, and thread or memory analysis
- Willingness to use and evaluate AI coding tools
Responsibilities
- Own wallet backend modules
- Build address management, asset synchronization, transaction, broadcasting, confirmation, gas, nonce, and state-tracking capabilities
- Build transfers, token approvals, contract interactions, cross-chain, swaps, DApp connections, and signature-request scenarios
- Support EVM, Tron, Solana, and new chain integrations
- Monitor and improve stability through alerting, rate limiting, retries, degradation, compensation, and reconciliation
- Investigate incidents and fix root causes
- Drive projects from design through launch
- Coordinate dependencies across product, QA, frontend, infrastructure, and backend teams
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and system optimization
- Document technical decisions and incident learnings
- Use AI coding tools for development, testing, review, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation
