About the Role
Tools for Humanity is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead World ID features from concept through launch, define multi-year strategy and roadmaps, understand user and developer needs, own success metrics, and align delivery with World priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a product manager in a relevant domain such as fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, or DeFi
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and product experiences
- Experience defining and leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design
- Ability to design processes, navigate ambiguity, and turn high-level goals into actionable roadmaps
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics, or previous engineering or design-focused experience is highly preferred
- Experience as a former founder or individual contributor defining and leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design
- Strong user experience focus, bias toward action, urgency, and willingness to execute
Responsibilities
- Define and lead a multi-year roadmap for World ID features
- Understand user and developer needs and use them to inform the product roadmap
- Own metrics and analytics related to the roadmap
- Define the long-term strategic roadmap with the broader World ID team
- Lead product development from concept through requirements, engineering enablement, and go-to-market
- Own feature success metrics and delivery
