About the Role

You will lead World ID features as the accountable product leader and internal and external evangelist. You will define a multi-year roadmap, understand user and developer needs, own roadmap metrics and analytics, guide the product lifecycle from concept through launch, and align delivery with World priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a product manager in a relevant domain such as fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, or DeFi
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and product experiences
  • Experience defining and leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design
  • Ability to design processes, navigate ambiguity, and turn high-level goals into actionable roadmaps
  • Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a multi-year roadmap for World ID features
  • Understand user and developer needs and use them to inform the product roadmap
  • Own metrics and analytics related to the roadmap
  • Define the long-term strategic roadmap with the broader World ID team
  • Lead product development from concept through requirements, engineering enablement, and go-to-market
  • Own feature success metrics and delivery
