About the Role
Own the Card Issuance product roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration, shaping B2B card products and integrating AI tooling and stablecoin settlement capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years in card issuance, card processing, or adjacent payments.
- Experience with Visa or Mastercard protocols, transaction lifecycles, and ISO 8583.
- Ability to write detailed technical specifications and work with engineering and architecture teams.
- Track record launching and scaling international card products.
- Strong command of AI productivity tools.
- Understanding of fiat-backed stablecoins, mint and burn flows, and on-chain settlement.
- Experience with data analysis, A/B experiments, and success metrics.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Card Issuance product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities in stablecoin settlement, AI-powered card controls, and embedded finance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research.
- Write product requirements, API specifications, and user stories.
- Drive integrations with card schemes, issuer processors, and digital wallet providers.
- Define stablecoin-to-card settlement flows.
- Serve as the primary product interface for strategic B2B clients.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, Programme Management, Solution Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Define and monitor card product KPIs and champion data instrumentation.
- Use AI tools to improve product decision-making.
