About the Role
You will own the onchain product roadmap end to end, covering smart contracts, protocol design, chain and asset integrations, settlement, payments, and supporting infrastructure. You will partner with engineering on architecture, security, collateralization, liquidation, node reliability, gas strategy, bridging, and cross-chain messaging. You will decide which chains, assets, and stablecoins to support, drive audits and monitoring, translate blockchain infrastructure into intuitive product experiences and partner documentation, gather partner feedback, prioritize high-impact work, measure adoption, and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of product management experience
- Track record of shipping products from zero to one through scale
- Hands-on blockchain fluency, including EVM and Solana mechanics
- Experience with smart contract design and upgrade patterns
- Knowledge of gas economics, bridging models, and onchain tradeoffs
- Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor
- Ability to operate autonomously and own outcomes
- Knowledge of onchain security and risk
- Technical fluency in APIs, distributed systems, payments, and ledger design
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to ship quickly, measure adoption, and iterate
- Experience with stablecoin issuance, onchain lending, collateralized credit, or tokenized asset products
- Background at a protocol, L1/L2, wallet, custodian, or onchain infrastructure company
- Familiarity with Solana, Tron, Bitcoin L2s, and multi-chain operations
- Experience with payments, card issuing, or cross-border fintech products
- Working knowledge of digital asset and custody regulation
- Previous startup or hypergrowth experience
Responsibilities
- Own the onchain product roadmap covering smart contracts, chain and asset coverage, settlement, and payments
- Partner with engineering on protocol and infrastructure tradeoffs
- Translate technical tradeoffs into partner-facing product decisions
- Decide which chains, assets, and stablecoins to support
- Build a framework for evaluating liquidity, security, cost, partner demand, compliance, and regulatory exposure
- Drive the security bar through audits, monitoring, incident response, and operational guardrails
- Translate protocol and blockchain infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces and partner-facing documentation
- Gather partner feedback and prioritize high-leverage work
- Measure adoption and iterate quickly
