About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for specialized hardware engineering roles. You will partner with engineering leaders on hiring strategy, interview processes, workforce planning, and prioritization. You will build sourcing pipelines, advise stakeholders on talent-market conditions and hiring risks, improve recruiting operations, maintain pipeline data, deliver a strong candidate experience, and mentor recruiters and sourcers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting specialized hardware engineering talent
- Understanding of hardware concepts and engineering organizational structures
- Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches
- Sourcing and market-mapping capabilities
- Communication, stakeholder-management, and operational-execution skills
- Experience using ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized hardware engineering roles
- Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers on hiring strategy, interview processes, and prioritization
- Build proactive sourcing strategies for technical talent
- Advise leadership on market trends, talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and hiring risks
- Manage pipelines, funnel health, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication
- Support workforce planning and approved hiring priorities
- Improve recruiting processes, documentation, interview calibration, and tooling
- Deliver a strong candidate experience
- Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers
