About the Role
You will lead the deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. You will manage proof-of-concept and pilot projects, coordinate testing and acceptance strategies, supervise demonstrations and site integration, prioritise maintenance and improvements, manage delivery risks, and support customer use-case analysis and solution development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience leading projects involving robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance skills
- Experience managing concept or pilot projects and deployment processes
- Problem-solving and technical diagnosis skills
- Organisational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% across North America and occasionally to Europe
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations
- Plan, organise, and supervise on-site proof-of-concept and pilot projects
- Integrate technical development activities into deployment projects and manage delivery risks
- Supervise customer-site visits to gather data and assess requirements
- Supervise lab test environments and define lab and site acceptance testing strategies
- Lead product demonstrations for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver live demonstrations at expos and industry events
- Manage testing of product releases and delivery to customer sites
- Oversee solution integration at customer facilities
- Prioritise product data and customer feedback to improve performance and deployment efficiency
- Plan and supervise minor maintenance and troubleshooting
- Lead deployment-strategy optimisation with engineering, product development, and customer support
- Support go-to-market activities, customer use-case analysis, and solution development
