About the Role

You will lead customer engineering engagements from discovery through handoff. You will assess technical environments, build integrations and evaluation harnesses, establish quality and security guardrails, document outcomes, and use evidence to recommend whether customer workflows should expand, change direction, or stop.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, deployment engineering, data or infrastructure engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture
• Ability to build, debug, and evaluate production-relevant software
• Experience using AI coding tools
• Knowledge of software engineering, data systems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of software testing, release processes, operations, security, reliability, and access requirements
• Ability to create technical plans, estimates, acceptance criteria, and tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engineering engagements from workflow discovery through implementation, evaluation, and handoff
• Assess repositories, data systems, infrastructure, security controls, and development practices
• Build integrations, tool gateways, evaluation harnesses, reference implementations, and automations
• Establish quality and security guardrails and evaluation methods
• Create reusable tools, architectures, and deployment patterns
• Document technical decisions and results for handoff and reuse
• Recommend whether to expand, redirect, or stop workflows based on evidence
