About the Role
You define enterprise systems architecture and engineering standards, mentor engineers, create technical roadmaps, lead modernization across identity and infrastructure, drive automation and self-service, optimize the technology landscape, own enterprise application platforms and enforce rigorous testing and deployment practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior enterprise infrastructure engineering experience at Staff, Principal, or Technical Lead level
- Expertise in identity and access management
- Expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure
- Experience leading cloud migrations and legacy platform retirements
- Strong architectural judgment
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms through SSO, automated provisioning, APIs, and secure connectivity
- Hands-on experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience applying AI to improve operations
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to mentor engineers
- Hands-on individual-contributor experience
Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise systems architecture and engineering standards
- Mentor engineers and drive architecture and design decisions
- Translate business and technology challenges into technical roadmaps
- Lead modernization across identity, endpoint management, compute, and workplace technologies
- Make on-premise versus cloud decisions
- Drive automation and self-service capabilities
- Rationalize and optimize the technology landscape
- Retire legacy systems
- Own platforms supporting enterprise applications, including SSO, provisioning, integrations, and data flows
- Champion engineering excellence through testing, validation, and lab-first deployment
