About the Role

You will take end-to-end ownership of the company’s internal SaaS platforms, identity systems, collaboration tools, endpoints, and monitoring. You will design, implement, automate, document, and operate these systems, manage access and offboarding, and act as the escalation point for support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT systems engineering or corporate IT experience in a cloud-native company
  • Experience owning an identity platform and SaaS estate
  • Deep Google Workspace administration experience
  • Knowledge of OUs, groups, shared drives, security settings, third-party app controls, SAML, OAuth, and the Google Admin API
  • Ability to troubleshoot SSO and SCIM integrations
  • Python, Bash, or similar scripting experience using REST APIs
  • Comfort with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD
  • Daily use of AI-assisted tooling
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work hybrid from Prague and attend the office 2–3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer the SaaS estate, including access, configuration, security, backups, costs, assets, vendors, and access requests
  • Manage Google Workspace, user lifecycles, groups, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM integrations
  • Manage offboarding, including access removal, data handover, email forwarding, and licence reclaim
  • Operate collaboration and file platforms, including structure, permissions, sharing, and retention
  • Roll out and manage MDM across macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints
  • Own internal monitoring and alerting workflows
  • Automate recurring tasks through APIs
  • Document system ownership, configuration, and access models
  • Support infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and secrets management as needed
