About the Role
You will build predictive workforce frameworks, unify recruiting and employee lifecycle data, define metrics and semantic layers, implement access controls and governance, redesign employee sentiment analytics, own internal data product delivery, and apply statistical, experimental, and psychometric methods to workforce models.
Requirements
- 7+ years of data science experience
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt
- Strong product focus
- Experience defining user requirements and collaborating with engineers
- Experience delivering internal data tools from conception to launch
- Understanding of statistics and experimental design
- Understanding of psychometrics or survey methodology
- Experience integrating language models into data pipelines
Responsibilities
- Build predictive workforce frameworks
- Pipeline recruiting, performance, survey, and internal tool data into a unified workforce data model
- Use AI-native workflows to process unstructured text
- Define the metrics dictionary and semantic layer
- Build role-based access controls and data masking frameworks
- Redesign employee sentiment analytics
- Own delivery of internal data interfaces
- Apply experimental design, A/B testing, and psychometric methodologies
