About the Role

You will define success metrics for the product and turn open-ended questions into analyses, forecasts, and experiments. You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and launch decisions, measure customer adoption and release outcomes, and build trusted reporting and self-service tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to frame questions, define success criteria, and inform roadmap, launch, and prioritization decisions
  • Define product success metrics for activation, adoption, retention, expansion, reliability, and user experience
  • Design measurement plans, analyze A/B experiments and controlled rollouts, and inform product decisions
  • Map the enterprise customer journey and measure feature adoption
  • Evaluate releases and recovery through traffic, warm-up, drain, probe, rollback, MTTR, and incident-outcome analysis
  • Analyze customer and cohort behavior and share recommendations
  • Build source-of-truth reporting and self-service tools
