About the Role

You will own data priorities, intake, triage, planning, reviews, and workshops. You will conduct deep-dive analyses, build dashboards and business cases, and deliver recommendations that inform decisions. You will embed tracking and success metrics into product requirements, translate business questions into deliverable specifications, review data outputs for quality, and coach data professionals. You will also co-own the data roadmap with the Data Tech Lead.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work
  • Experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team
  • Expert SQL skills
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Omni or Superset
  • Business and product mindset focused on revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities
  • Technical depth in warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Crypto or DeFi domain experience
  • Understanding of cross-chain systems, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets

Responsibilities

  • Own data priorities, intake, and triage
  • Run planning, reviews, and workshops
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses, build dashboards, and develop business cases
  • Provide data inputs for weekly reports and Monthly Business Reviews
  • Embed tracking and success metrics into product requirements
  • Translate business questions into specifications, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria
  • Review analyses, dashboards, and datasets for quality
  • Coach and develop data professionals
  • Co-own the data roadmap with the Data Tech Lead
