About the Role

Partner with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations to identify growth opportunities and improve acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and customer experience. Champion experimentation, define KPIs, apply statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning, analyze user journeys and business performance, shape priorities, and build dashboards, models, and self-serve tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis, forecasting, and KPI design
  • Strong product and business intuition
  • Cross-functional experience with marketing, finance, operations, or product teams
  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive ambiguous projects from idea to execution
  • Strong communication and decision-influencing skills
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with high attention to detail
  • Understanding of dashboarding and data visualization tools
  • Fluency in English

  • Shape squad and company priorities with data-informed perspectives
  • Build dashboards, models, and self-serve tools
  • Maintain a shared and consistent data layer
  • Foster experimentation, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making
