About the Role
The Special Projects Lead will work closely with ARQ founders to drive critical initiatives across revenue, monetization, activation, cross-sell, local growth, gross margin, commercial terms, and project-level P&L impact.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC-backed company, top-tier management consulting firm, or top-tier investment bank
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Attention to detail and due diligence
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Business fluency in English
- Experience living as an expat or willingness to relocate to London
Responsibilities
- Identify and launch new revenue streams
- Improve monetization of existing revenue streams
- Design and execute activation programs
- Design and execute cross-sell programs
- Execute local growth efforts including community building, affiliate marketing, brand marketing, and influencer marketing
- Own initiatives that improve gross margin
- Negotiate with vendors and partners
- Track and report the P&L impact of active projects
- Hold teams accountable to targets
