Users can hold digital dollars and euros, receive and send international payments via dedicated US and European account details, invest in US stocks and ETFs, and spend globally with a card at market conversion rates. The platform is available across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

About the Role
You will work with the founders to drive critical initiatives, launch revenue streams, improve monetization, execute activation and cross-sell programs, support local growth efforts, improve gross margin, negotiate commercial terms, and track the P&L impact of active projects. The role is based in London with a three-to-four-day in-office policy.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC-backed company management consulting firm or investment bank
- Stakeholder management skills

- English fluency
- Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Experience living as an expat or willingness to relocate to London
Responsibilities
- Identify and launch new revenue streams
- Improve monetization of existing revenue streams
- Design and execute activation programs
- Design and execute cross-sell programs
- Execute local growth efforts including community building affiliate marketing brand marketing and influencer marketing
- Own initiatives that improve gross margin
- Negotiate with vendors and partners
- Track and report the P&L impact of active projects
- Hold teams accountable to targets
