About the Role
You will engage directly with customers to understand their blockchain data requirements and translate those needs into practical solutions. You will design and implement tailored data analytics solutions such as dashboards and custom reports, provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting, gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize features, and create and maintain documentation for customer implementations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field Master’s preferred
- Strong proficiency in Python SQL and JavaScript
- Experience with data analytics tools
- 2-5 years of experience in data engineering or data analytics or similar
- Excellent communication interpersonal problem-solving and project management skills
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and data structures
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices is a plus
